The principal challenge for our in house project management team is to achieve all of the project goals whilst balancing scope of work, quality, time and budget.
Each project by its bespoke nature is a carefully defined set of activities that use resources such as people, materials, space, and cashflow to drive each project to its ultimate realisation.
When working under a main contractor, our project management team drives The Real Theming Company’s delivery and on site performance, whilst liaising directly with the overall project management team as appointed by the client.
Where a client assigned project managent team is not availble, yet the scope of work is sufficient to warrant the involvement of project management expertise, we can recommend independent companies to undertake this role, answerable directly to the client and ultimately protective of the clients position.
